Karl Lagerfeld Villas, the prestigious residential project developed by Taraf, is set to become the first collection of villas in the region under the renowned fashion designer’s brand. With a limited collection of 51 residences, this project will showcase Karl Lagerfeld’s unique style and innovative design. The completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.

The community will offer a range of villas, featuring 5 to 7 bedrooms and spanning from 7,769 sq. ft to 18,870 sq. ft. Each three-story building will come with its own garage, accommodating at least three cars. Depending on the layout, the villas will include amenities such as a podium, a spiral staircase, a sunken living room, a living room-library, a separate majlis room, a swimming pool, spacious dressing rooms, and a roof terrace.

Situated along the shores of a crystal lagoon, the buildings will be surrounded by premium leisure facilities, including The Pavillion clubhouse located right on the water, a zen garden, a family-friendly garden for recreational activities, and a lagoon beach.

The clubhouse will offer various areas for residents to enjoy, such as the Club – an entertainment space suitable for all ages, the Library – an executive lounge inspired by Karl Lagerfeld’s love for books and libraries, a gym and fitness studio, and a resort-style swimming pool for adults. All of these amenities will be complemented by stunning landscapes and parks.
